How do I make a booking? How do I pay?
To make a booking fill in the booking request form and email it to the owners. If you wish to book a property by telephone, it can be done by phoning the UK number, if the UK number is not available please try the French number. When a booking is agreed, it must be confirmed by completing the booking form and returning it with your deposit, of one third of the total rent of the holiday, by post. If the booking has been carried out by email and agreed the cheque for the holiday deposit plus a separate security cheque for £150 must be sent immediately to the owners. The booking will not be fully confirmed until receipt of the deposit and security cheques. The balance is due at least 6 weeks before the agreed holiday starting date. All cheques to be made payable to A.V. and M.D.E. Aldous.
Do you send receipts?
Yes, receipts of all payments are acknowledged either by email or by Post.
Do you offer discounts?
In certain cases, such as a reduced number of visitors staying in the property, discounts may be discussed.
Time of Arrival and Departure?
The property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Do we have to pay for central heating?
Heating is generally not required during the summer period in which the property is let. The property is very well insulated but Central Heating can be provided in Cold Weather Conditions at a moderate cost.
Are televisions provided?
Satellite Colour English and French TV, DVD and video are provided.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome.
Are Pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
Is car parking provided?
Ample parking is available on the tarmac drives in the grounds of the property, the area of which is 4,050 sq, metres.
Are telephones provided?
No, most people use their mobile phones.
What equipment is provided?
All the necessary essentials, including iron, ironing board and an initial supply of consumables are provided.
What about cleaning?
The property will be cleaned fully for your arrival, please return it in a similar state. We do not operate a maid service.
Is a booking fee payable?
No booking fee is payable.
